Good questions to answer might be:
To what threshold does it take for radiation of any kind to affect the body?
And how does it affect the body...

Is it possible to have a "hello world!" for the brain using a stimulation method that is no different than how a person's brain is already being stimulated with respect to certain neurons firing for unwanted and unneeded reasons?
